Recovery Group

Seeking support in your recovery journey in a therapeutic environment? This group is not based on the 12-step model and approaches your recovery from an empowerment and supportive approach.

Overcoming Isolation for Young Men

This group focuses on supporting young men in the desire to connect with others, engage in dating, and learning social skills and cues to curb the negative effects of isolation and loneliness.

Processing End-of-life and Terminal Illness

This class is a 4-week lunch course held virtual aimed and educating and supporting families facing terminal illness and end-of-life planning.

Processing Forgiveness

This 6-week course will focusing building skills and exploring concepts of forgiveness. It is appropriate for family wounds, couples facing resentment and those struggling with forgiving themselves.
