About

Starting your therapeutic journey is a brave and transformative step, and I’m honored to support you through it. My passion lies in working with kids, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate the complexities of life while fostering self-discovery, growth, and healing. My specialties include:

  • Supporting kids, adolescents, and young adults with emotional and behavioral challenges

  • Addressing problematic sexual behavior and other addictions

  • Helping clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transitions

  • Utilizing techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and play therapy Whether you’re facing challenges related to anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to explore and thrive.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, meaning I view you as the expert of your own life. Together, we will collaborate to uncover your strengths and develop strategies tailored to your unique journey. I draw upon techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and play therapy to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.

During my internship at Integrative Life Center, I worked with young adults facing problematic sexual behavior, as well as other addictions. This experience deepened my understanding of the complexities of these challenges and reinforced my commitment to providing empathetic, evidence-based care. I also bring experience as a school counselor, where I’ve supported students in navigating academic, emotional, and social hurdles.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find me embracing the great outdoors, road-tripping to discover new places, or engaging in combat sports. These passions fuel my belief in the power of resilience, adventure, and connection—values I bring into my work with clients.

I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore your story and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Let’s embark on this journey together.
