About Amanda
I’m a graduate of Lipscomb University earning my degree in clinical mental health counseling in August of 2022. My goal is to help my clients act in ways that are aligned with their personal goals by creating a healing environment where we can collaborate on solutions to whatever problems you may be facing. I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and anyone who thinks they may benefit from a compassionate listening ear. I strive to make therapy an inclusive space where individuals feel free to be their whole self and can embrace their intersecting identities.
Before pursuing a career in counseling, I worked as a therapist for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. I switched careers out of my desire to help a diverse set of individuals who may be struggling with a wide range of problems. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, painting, and doing yoga.
