Insurance
We accept United Healthcare (Optum), Cigna, Aetna, BCBST commercial and BlueCare/TennCare. We also work with Lyra EAP.
Self Pay
Session rates for counseling range from $100 - $150.
Self-paying clients are asked to provide annual household income to adhere to our sliding scale.
Clients can also choose to work with our interns for a flat rate of $50.
Cancellation Policy
We have a $75 cancellation fee for anyone who does not show for an appointment or cancels within 24-hours of their appointment. Clients can cancel an appointment at anytime through the client portal.
Court Appearances
On occasion, clients request to have that their counselor appear in court or issues a subpoena for various reasons. Should this be the case for you, New Directions charges $300 for the first hour and $100 for every additional hour, including travel, and wait times. As these fees can be expensive, it is important to carefully plan with your attorney and explain these fees to them.
